HK International’s high pressure dredge pumps are available in different dimensions and weights. Our high pressure dredge pumps can be delivered with three blades (to keep the ball passage as large as possible) or four blades (to range more pressure). In addition to the standard dredge pump models, we can design, engineer and produce a dredge pump according to your specific needs. If desired, you can provide a dredge pump design yourself. All dredging pumps are tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

Does HK International design high pressure custom pumps?

Yes. HK International designs tailor-made high pressure pumps to the needs of your specific dredging vessel. We produce single-walled and double-walled pumps ranging in inlet size form around 200mm to 1200mm. The design can be optimized for all common types of dredging.

Does HK International deliver globally?

Yes, HK international delivers high pressure dredge pumps and equipment globally. With our offices in the Netherlands and China, we are able to deliver our products worldwide. Pumps can be delivered fully assembled to save installation time on board the dredging vessel. With our own logistics service and specialized lifting tools we can safely handle your equipment and bring all your parts on board.

Can I upgrade my high pressure dredge pump?

Yes. HK International can upgrade existing high pressure dredge pumps or provide sets of wear parts. Old pumps can be upgraded to a more efficient pump design without changing any fitting parameters or the connections. These parts are delivered worldwide.

How fast can you deliver spare parts?

Our delivery times are the fastest, but dependent on the delivery location and the type of product. We produce all our high pressure dredging products inhouse. Whenever your desired product is not available in stock, we produce it at our production center in China. From here your parts are shipped.

Does HK International produce high pressure dredge pumps?

Yes. All engineering and production of high pressure dredge pumps is done in-house by the experts of HK International. This makes it possible to optimally match the requirements of your specific project. We design dredge pumps with an inlet size ranging from 750mm to 1200mm. The pumps can be single-walled for submerged use or to save weight, or double-walled for inboard use and higher pressure. We design pumps optimized for all common types of dredging, such as high-capacity pumps for hoppers or high pressure pumps for CSDs with long delivery pipelines.
